I thought about getting a hair transplant for over two years before finally deciding to do it. I did a ton of research, looked at countless before-and-afters, and ultimately just wanted to find someone I trusted to do it right. Then I met Monica at The Hair Transplant & Restoration Center in Watersound, and I knew pretty quickly I had found the right place! From our first conversation, Monica made me feel completely comfortable. She was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward about the process and what I could expect. There was never any pressure, and she took the time to answer every question I had. The day of the procedure couldn’t have gone better! Monica and her technicians were great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They took their time with everything, especially designing the hairline and making sure the final result would look natural. The follow-up care was just as good. Monica stayed in touch, walked me through the recovery process, and was always available if I had a question. Now that I’ve been able to see the results, I couldn’t be happier! After thinking about doing this for more than two years, I can confidently say I chose the right team. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. If you’ve been considering a hair transplant, I highly recommend sitting down with Monica and having a conversation. She’s beyond knowledgeable and more than that, just a great person. She was continually available for me over the weekend right after my procedure, responding immediately to texts on a Saturday and Sunday. Sure, I looked good with a clean shaven head and I got used to wearing a hat but nothing beats having hair on your head. I got my procedure done June 5 and I’m happy with the results. I’m looking forward to my new hair growth and I cannot wait to comb and style it! Monica Rennspies was my hair transplant consultant in the Santa Rosa Beach office and walked me through the whole process. She answered all of my questions and was with me and the surgeon team throughout the whole hair transplant process. I highly recommend her and the hair surgeon team! Monica was incredibly helpful and upfront with all the options and was easily available for any and all followup during the recovery at home. The team that did the actual procedure is phenomenal and is truly gifted. The final outcome is nothing less than amazing! My hair looks completely natural and my family says I'm aging in reverse. Aaron Lawler243 days agoI am really impressed with the FUE procedure that I had done. Monica was very responsive for all questions and helpful in texting reminders for pre-op and post-op instructions. My biggest concern was natural looking results and not having any scaring. I got 3500 small grafts taken from the back and sides of my head and their is completely unnoticeable and smooth. Those grafts filled in my thin top and bare crown. The procedure was done carefully and with plenty of numbing so that it was as comfortable as possible. Discomfort after the procedure was minimal after the first day, which is to be expected. Cost could be a downside but my thought on that is that you get what you pay for, and I very much feel like I got what I was hoping for and I am happy with the money that I spent. I do not believe that it would be wise to try to be cheap with hair transplants. Monica and her team will absolutely deliver the results that you want. This is a "buy once, cry once" situation and I believe that you will be glad that you did it. I have attached before, post op, and 2 weeks after photos. I will update with 6 month and 12 month photos when I get there--please note that the hair in the transplanted follicles will take time to begin growing again but you can clearly see what was added even now. 3 month post-op update: I have significant regrowth, especially apparent on my crown which was almost completely bald before the procedure. The consultation answered all my questions and Monica kept in regular contact before and after the procedure. My main concern was increasing density and so far, the preliminary results look very promising!

Teresa Sloan691 days agoMy first meeting with Monica was not to discuss a transplant, it was to talk about options. She explained what I could expect with the different options and after a lot of soul searching I decided that to get the results I wanted my only option was to have a transplant. After making the decision to move forward with the transplant, I still had so many questions. She gave me her cell phone number and told me to contact her with any questions or concerns. My transplant date was in August and Monica explained everything in detail prior to transplant day. At this time I am only a couple of months out and she has been so supportive the entire time. I understand that what I have decided to do is a process and overtime I expect to have the results that I’m looking for. If you are considering this process, I highly recommend Monica and her team!!
